**Position**:
The Product Manager is responsible for optimizing the product portfolio and driving growth within its category. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive category strategies, managing day-to-day operations, leading product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Job responsibilities**:

- **Retailer Strategy**:Develop and implement a comprehensive retailer strategy aligned with overall business goals and marketing/innovation plan.
- **Operational Management**:Manage day-to-day category operations and product lifecycle management including product registers on retailers platforms.
- **Launch Planning & Execution**:Develop, execute, and track 360° launch plans for new products and initiatives, ensuring successful market entry and achievement of sales targets.
- **E-retail strategy**: Develop and implement e-retail strategy on daily bases.
- **Demand Planning & Forecasting**:Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sell In teams (SI) to develop accurate forecasts for new products, basic catalog and POSM elements.
- **Budget Management**:Manage and track the POSM budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Sell In, Demand Planning, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and drive category success.

**Profile**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing product launch plans, ideally in the Beauty industry.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Solid understanding of market trends and consumer insights.
- Detail oriented.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced Excel.
