Who will you be working with?

Join a dynamic team at WGS SLP site, collaborating closely with Production, Materials, EHS, Logistics and Quality departments. Daily cooperation with diverse teams is integral, fostering a collaborative environment for shaping the future of our maintenance system.

How will you make a difference?

As a maintenance technician, you'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence across various facets of our production and lean system. From taking care of the equipment in the shop floor, to participating in continuously improving the efficiency of our operations. Your contributions will ensure the highest standards in production. Your problem-solving skills and daily supervision of equipment will make a tangible impact on product quality, production effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

What do we want to know about you?
- Practical knowledge in electrical wiring, pneumatics and hydraulics.
- TPM, preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communicating skills
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Desirable certifications DC3 (heights, UPR, electric, forklift)

Your ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities, openness to change, and involvement in implementing new technologies will set you apart.

What will your typical day look like?

Your day involves:

- Daily corrective repairs.
- Repair production line fixtures, hoses, fittings, etc.
- Support in general activities
- Paint shop floor and equipment.
- Corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Assist the technician leader

You will actively solve machinery and equipment problems, manage tools and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business unit.

Collaborate with Production, Materials, EHS and Logistics departments on daily tasks, ensuring seamless implementation of changes. Your role is dynamic, offering a blend of problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation in shaping the future of transportation technology.
