About the role:
The Sales Intern supports sales team in the development of new communication strategies, follow up, presentations, and assist negotiations with Fleets Customers, and retail focusing on leasing and used product. Also develop communication and training to Dealership network.
This role plays a key function in definition and implementation new services as business tools.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Engineering or related is required.
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Oriented to drive business results through digital developments.
- Passionate about learning process and strategy,
- Oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (will be evaluated during interview process).
- Able to transform commercial needs into product.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.
What you will be doing:
- Participate in the strategy to improve Leasing, used and fleet products focusing on customer´s journey
- Present proposals for approval and execution.
- Define implementation work plans and follow-up with different areas of the business for the execution.
- Generate tests and pilots of the new tools.
- Evaluate and analyze the performance of the results of the tools.
