**Tax Associate**
Key responsabilities include:
- Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
- Review client data and prepare journal entries.
- Reconciliations
- Develop strong working relationships including client management and personnel.
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Master’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in accounting os preferred to be at least 2 years
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
- Experience with journal entry preparation, accrual vs. cash basis of accounting.
- Experience preparing 1040, 1120, 1065 5471, 5472, FBAR and other tax forms.
- Experience with Ultra Tax, of Pro Systems, QuickBooks, and Practice CS preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
