The Studio Manager is responsible for owning and driving the opening of the studio and thereafter managing all operations within Mexico,delivering on our vision of operational excellence in the facility.

During the ‘set up’ phase, the Studio Manager brings a combination of entrepreneurial spirit, outstanding planning and execution skills to project manage the opening of the Mexico studio, focusing on tangible results to hit on time delivery.

With a collaborative “can do” attitude you will work with staff and third parties both onsite and remotely to ensure smooth delivery of the opening of the facility according to the agreed schedule and budget.

After opening, the role is then responsible for the day to day operations of the studio, managing multiple relationships to deliver on the strategies and best practice to serve our global clients with exceptional Functional QA games testing.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Create the plan for opening the studio
- Project manage the ‘opening of the studio’ to deliver on time and to budget
- Work collaboratively with our global teams and be responsible for the smooth integration of new projects and/or resources into the facility
- Ensure alignment across the organization and empower our diverse talent to execute against clearly defined and communicated goals, taking ownership for operational objectives
- Ensure site deliveries and reports are accurate and delivered in a timely manner to the respective Project Manager, Test Leads and/or clients directly
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to submit internally to the Senior Leadership Team covering operational excellence
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs to drive accountability for on time on budget project milestones/deadlines.
- Help attract, develop, inspire, and lead high performers, creating a culture that motivates and retains the world-class talent required for success.
- Work cross functionally to make decisions on service lines, staffing, resource allocation, organisational structure and overall performance.

- 1-2 years+ experience required in similar site management role
- Experience of planning and opening a new site within a global business an advantage
- Outstanding project management skills, highly organized with ability manage multiple priorities in a matrixed multi-site environment
- Exceptional multi-lingual communication skils (English and Spanish)
