**About the Role**

As an Account Coordinator, you'll play a key role in generating valuable data insights and supporting daily operations to build strong, lasting relationships with our partners. You'll help optimize performance through a mix of analytical work, hands-on execution of commercial strategies, and coordination across teams to deliver a great partner experience.

The pace and focus of your work may vary depending on priorities-some days you'll dive deep into data and processes, while on others, you'll focus on execution and support.

**What You'll Do**
- Collaborate with the Account Manager (AM) to support financial planning, operations, and reporting.
- Monitor business performance using data from multiple sources, and report key metrics regularly.
- Identify process inefficiencies or gaps, and propose improvements or new solutions.
- Troubleshoot or escalate complex issues-such as data discrepancies, app visibility concerns, or store-related challenges-to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle essential administrative tasks including invoicing and managing overdue portfolios.

**What You'll Need**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial roles (e.g., consulting, retail, consumer goods).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic SQL experience.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach.

**Bonus Points**
- Ability to manage multiple partner accounts while maintaining high attention to detail and timely execution.
- Experience creating clear, visually appealing presentations.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Operations teams).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
