**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Marketing, Graphic Design, Website Development, Business or similar/relevant discipline from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience managing and developing a team desired.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work with various teams throughout the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in communication and marketing
