**We're looking for a skilled Automation Design Engineer Jr. to join our team**

In this role, you will manage and execute projects focused on the design, validation, and integration of automation assets into our plant's production processes. You will collaborate with local suppliers, Automation Engineers in the USA, and multifunctional teams at our MTY plant to ensure the successful deployment of new automation technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage self-directed projects, focusing on the design, validation, and integration of automation assets.
- Collaborate with local suppliers and cross-border colleagues to ensure project success.
- Validate and integrate new automation assets into the plant's production processes.
- Design, build, and modify automation assets as needed.
- Work with multifunctional teams to effectively validate and deploy automation technologies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience or strong interest in automation design and project management.
- Ability to collaborate with both local and international teams.
- Understanding of automation technologies and their integration into manufacturing processes.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
