Position Overview

The Aesthetic RN will provide professional clinical support in a luxury spa setting, focusing on facial rejuvenation, IV therapy, and wellness treatments. The role requires advanced patient care skills, strong communication, and the ability to deliver safe, high-quality treatments while ensuring clients enjoy an exceptional spa experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide safe, professional delivery of aesthetic spa treatments, including facial rejuvenation, IV therapy, and advanced skin therapies (training provided where necessary).
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand client goals, review medical history, and recommend tailored treatment plans.
- Administer IV infusions and monitor clients throughout treatment, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences in a serene, luxury spa environment.
- Educate clients on treatment options, pre
- and post-care routines, and long-term skin health.
- Maintain detailed treatment notes, records, and compliance with all medical and spa regulations.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality within the spa.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Mexico (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Proven proficiency in administering IVs (required).
- Fluent in English (required). Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and caring demeanor.
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and building long-term client relationships.
