**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
**FUNCTIONS**:
**STRATEGIC**: 20%
Coordinate and notify to Industrial Engineering plant about new layouts and production capacity for new launches and projects.
Add labor summary to projects to evaluate manpower impact and manufacturing cost project.
Ensure the correct implementation of WCT (World Class Technology) and WCM (World Class Manufacturing) in Industrial Engineering responsibilities.
Implement lessons learned from previous programs
**OPERATIONAL**: 65%
Calculate BWS (budget work standards) and develop studies for new models.
Develop operational scroll for new models.
Review engineering proposals for future models to calculate manpower requirements and manufacturing cost.
Analyze and estimate manpower impact for special studies request by VPE.
Track CCD's and incorporate into adjusted target for HPV.
Verify CCD's and other late releases are assigned in AMPS.
Follow WPI deliveries in new launches for loops 1 to 4.
Analyze ergonomic issues identified in WPI.
Coordinate activities preparation for digital scroll development.
Follow and coordinate 3 rd level layout activities.
**RESOURCE MANAGEMENT**: 15%
Follow Headcount status for Manufacturing Engineering Mexico.
Update OrgCharts for Manufacturing Engineering Mexico.
Create and track requisitions and purchase order for G&A expenses Manufacturing Engineering Mexico.
Overtime management for Manufacturing Engineering Mexico.
**OTHER FUNCTIONS**:
Coordinate Loop 0 Workshops for scroll development.
Develop glide path and facilitate process for Loop 1 deliverables.
Coordinate Loop 2 Optimization Workshops.
Develop rate capability plan (resources and timing).
**Minimum**:
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
Advanced Level of English
**Experience**:
5 years of minimum experience in this position or similar preferably in the automotive industry.
Demonstrable experience in minimum in times studies, manufacturing budgets, plant distribution, line balancing, production capacities, ergonomics, develop operational scroll.
**Technical Knowledge**:
AMPS I & III.
Predetermined times (MTM, MODAPTS).
