**Requisitos**
- Excelentes dotes de comunicación e interpersonales, con capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con inquilinos, proveedores y staff de la propiedad
- Gran capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo, con capacidad para priorizar múltiples tareas y cumplir los plazos.
- Atención al detalle y compromiso con la precisión en todos los aspectos de la gestión inmobiliaria.
- Preferiblemente, experiência en gestión de propiedades, inmobiliaria o un campo relacionado.
- Dominio de las aplicaciones y herramientas informáticas pertinentes, incluidos programas de gestión, Microsoft Office, Google drive, etc.
- Permiso de conducir válido y transporte fiable
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario flexible, incluidas tardes y fines de semana, según sea necesario.
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)
- Experiência manejando diversos equipos de trabajo (mantenimiento, servicio, etc.)
- Atención al detalle para percatarse de necesidades de la propiedad en el área de mantenimiento
- Completa organización para llevar gastos, facturas, etc.
