We are seeking a seasoned **EC Payroll Consultant to implement Time Management and CATS** operating across the United States and Canada. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates cross-functionally, and is passionate about delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll solutions.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state and cross-border clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Manage tax filings, payroll reconciliations, benefit deductions, and year-end activities.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and client stakeholders to address payroll requirements and resolve issues.
- Interpret and implement evolving payroll regulations across the US and Canada; advise clients on optimal processes and controls.
- Support client onboarding, data validation, and continuous process improvements.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable payroll reporting and insights.
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of experience in consulting projects in the US and Canada, with payroll processing at scale.
- 5+ years of experience in HCM EC Payroll and Time Management with CATS.
- Technical Experience in SAP HCM Payroll for the US and Canada, including taxes, Benefits, and Vacations.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state/provincial tax regulations, benefits, and compliance.
- Experience with payroll systems and data integrity controls, taking care of Unit Test Scripts in HP ALM or Quality Center
- Delivery and documentation with appropriate screenshots for testing scenarios for business for UAT
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consultative client-facing role.
- **Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico are eligible.**
