JOB OPPORTUNITY IN ARLINGTON TEXAS, IN A CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL COMPANY, RELOCATION IS REQUIRED
- **VISA B1 REQUIRED**:
- **Bachelor's Degree** in Civil Engineering ( TITLE )
- **Fluency in** English C1 and Spanish
**Professional Skills**
- **Construction Material Quoting**:
- **Estimating Costs**: Proficient in calculating the quantity and cost of materials needed for construction projects using methods like price per unit, square foot, and rule-of-two3.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Skilled in soliciting pricing from suppliers and vendors, ensuring competitive and accurate quotes4.
- **Budget Management**: Capable of setting and managing budgets to avoid financial issues and delays3.
- **Drawing Interpretation**:
- **Orthographic Projection**: Understanding and interpreting orthographic projections, including first and third angle projections5.
- **Technical Drawing Reading**: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including dimensions, geometry, tolerances, and material specifications6.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Attention to detail in identifying and understanding all elements of a drawing, such as hidden lines, center lines, and sectioned views5.
**Experience**
- **Work Experience**: At least teo years of relevant work experience in entry-level roles
- **Project Involvement**: Experience in various phases of construction projects,
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients2.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in material estimation and drawing interpretation1.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in quotes and drawing interpretations
Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per month
