**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in quality assurance and technical writing within a software development context.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with rapid development cycles, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Perform targeted testing and prioritize testing activities based on project timelines and criticality, ensuring the most impactful issues are addressed promptly.
- Work closely with development teams to facilitate quick resolutions and iterations, minimizing downtime and promoting continuous improvement.
- Produce concise, impactful documentation tailored to the needs of both end-users and internal stakeholders, adjusting content as projects evolve.
- Employ agile documentation strategies, creating minimum viable content that can be expanded and refined over time, aligning with product evolution.
- Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language.
- Collaborate closely with all project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide

updates, and solicit feedback, ensuring documentation and quality assurance practices

meet their needs.
- Anticipate challenges and adapt strategies to ensure continuous progress, maintaining a

balance between quality, speed, and stakeholder expectations.
- Employ a proactive approach to change, ready to adjust plans and priorities in response

to stakeholder feedback and evolving project needs.
- Other tasks as assigned.
