| Claims Representative
THE POSITION
Claims representatives perform a variety of functions that primarily involve customer service, assisting customers in submitting new claims requests and providing additional information based on determinations made, including queued call volume, ensuring that all customers receive assistance in the shortest amount of time possible.
WHAT YOU DO- Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim.- Communicate home warranty information effectively.- Notate claim information accurately into the database- Provide follow-up information to customers as needed- Other duties as assigned

- Quick recruitment process through video calls.- Pay rate: MXN 93.50 an hour- Potential bonus / Commissions: Regular to average performers are making MXN 3,700 to MXN 12,950 per month. WHAT YOU BRING:
- High English proficiency- Great communication skills.- Extensive handyman/repair services experience.- Understanding of appliance diagnosis issues.- Excel Spreadsheets data entries.- Deal with escalated situations- Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.- Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet- our minimum requirements.
