We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales Operations to lead the development of our new sales infrastructure in our CDMX office. This pivotal role will focus on building a high-performing sales function from the ground up, aligning strategy and execution to support a diverse portfolio of hotel brands across the US.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and lead the CDMX-based sales infrastructure to support our hotel portfolio and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies that address the unique characteristics of multiple hotel brands and customer segments.
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals to deliver strong performance.
- Implement sales processes, tools, KPIs, and reporting to create visibility and accountability across the function.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and adapt strategies quickly in response to customer and market shifts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure alignment with company and property goals.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a focus on multi-brand hotel portfolios.
- Proven experience building or scaling a sales function from scratch or in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, preferably in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Strong understanding of the US and CDMX markets and their evolving customer landscapes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable pivoting strategies based on data and market feedback.
- Fluency in Spanish and English required.
