We are looking for a talented **Associate Counsel** to join our team specializing in **Legal** for our **CUMMINS in** **San Luis Potosí, SLP, México**.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Will be responsible for Corporate Matters
- Ensure legal compliance in several areas mainly labor, environmental, trade compliance, data privacy.
- Commercial and Distribution Agreements.
- May assists more experienced attorneys in complex legal questions and projects that have broad reaching implications for the organization if the situation arises.
- Reviews standard documents and contracts, and prepares filings.
- Provides support or contributes to overall objectives and goals of organization.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- English profency
- Desired experience as in-house lawyer.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**:
University degree in law is required.

License to practice law in home jurisdiction

A master's degree in Corporate Law is desired

**Experience**:
At least 10 years of experience.
