Our Firm is looking for a **Junior Accountant** in our Tijuana, BC MX office that will help both our US and MX offices in accounting and financial reporting for our clients. We have a strong preference for those who have worked in both private and public accounting industry.
- Responsibilities._
- General bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Ensuring all information is accurate
- Works with selected financial systems, interpreting and adhering to corporate general accounting practices and procedures.
- Able to work the entire business cycle to find process improvement and eliminate grief (waste)
- Perform General Ledger Account Reconciliations.
- Identify, Analyze, and resolve reconciling items between General Ledger and Subledger amounts
- Ensure that the required reclassifications, adjustments or required transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Prepares various other accounting statements and reports
- Reconciliations and general ledger
- Assist with accounting projects
- Monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Maintains and protects organization's confidentiality by keeping information confidential
- Performs other duties as assigned by your Supervisor, the Controller, and/or the Finance Director/CFO
- Education & Experience._
- Minimum Education: B.S. Degree in Accounting
- 2+ years’ experience in an accounting role
- Computational Knowledge: Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish required. English advanced level
- Knowledge of tax rules and procedures

- Full-Time 40 Hrs/Wk

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week
