- Supervises day-to-day activity of HR Operations and Delivery staff.
- Facilitates resolutions to an assortment of problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scope.
- Assists with the implementation of HR initiatives and HR processes.
- Facilitates allocation of work.
- Supports HR actions and tracking changes in the organization, as well change management activities.
