**Location**: Merida

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **_Financial Analyst_** to support the acquisition and asset management of large-scale real estate development deals. You will be responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and supporting transactions from start to close. This position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of real estate investments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in real estate development, private equity, or investment.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel), including ability to build complex loan and waterfall structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting deadlines.
- Confidence in presenting to senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Intuitive understanding of real estate asset dynamics and performance drivers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the companys acquisition and investment process, including underwriting, due diligence, and financial and social return analysis.
- Perform financial modeling, budget reviews, tracking, and reporting for existing assets and new acquisitions.
- Collaborate with partners, lenders, tenants, and investment stakeholders on financing, entitlements, construction, and asset management.
- Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reporting for banks, investors, and internal leadership.
- Assist in design, development, leasing, and property management analysis to maximize asset performance.
- Maintain and develop investor relations by supporting existing relationships and fostering new ones.
- Participate in annual budgets, revenue projections, and property-level financial planning.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, adapting to the firms evolving projects and portfolio.
- Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
