Job Description:
Role - Data Scientist

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to address a variety of business challenges and opportunities.
- Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights
- Develop and deploy machine learning models using frameworks such as Tensorflow, GenAI, LLM, or similar tools.
- Evaluate model performance, accuracy, and scalability through experimentation and testing.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in AI/ML research and technology.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, GenAI, or LLM.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud computing platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision.
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques and architectures.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Publications or contributions to the data science community (e.g., research papers, open-source projects).
