**Tus funciones**:

- Liderar la implementación del ciclo completo dentro de la suite de productos Workday HCM
- Tener un buen conocimiento en los beneficios de HCM, Ausencia de talento, Time Tacking, Comunicaciones avanzadas
- Colaborar con el equipo para ayudar a los clientes a navegar por la selección, transformación, implementación y configuración de los módulos de HCM
- Liderar el asesoramiento, la planificación y la implementación de aplicaciones de HCM mediante la documentación de requisitos, el mapeo de procesos, la recopilación de datos del sistema y el trabajo con el equipo de datos.

**Conocimientos y experiência necesaria**:

- Soporte a Workday MOST, implementaciones nice to have
- Beneficios de HCM, Ausencia de talento, Time Tacking, Comunicaciones avanzadas
