**Job Description Summary**

Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Industrial o afín; 4 años de experiência en la industria automotriz. Experiência con manejo de personal. Conocimientos en procesos de maquinado.

Las principales responsabilidades del Supervisor de Manufactura están relacionadas con la ejecución de los procesos de maquinado. Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

- Reducción de SCRAP, mantener SCRAP dentro de Target.
- Generar proyectos de Ahorro.
- Mejora de OEE.
- Mejora de indicadores de seguridad (incident rate, severity rate).
- Tiempo ciclos dentro del estándar.
- Mantener indicadores de seguridad en 0 accidentes.
- Hacer análisis de riesgos de las operaciones.
- Mantener 0 reclamos con clientes.
- Control de gastos de su área de responsabilidad.
- Asegurar el entrenamiento correcto de su personal.
- Cumplir con el programa de producción y entregas al cliente.
- Elaboración de A3 de OEE, SCRAP, Gastos.
- Auditorías de calidad y seguridad.
- Matrices de entrenamiento.
- Reportes de Productividad
- Gestión del personal a su cargo.
- Manejo de Kronos o algún programa de administración de personal.
- Manejo de Power BI.
- Administración de maquinaria: CNC’s, brochas, máquinas de Honeos.
