**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate material and component availability to ensure production continuity.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Supervise and maintain adequate inventory levels to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Make resource engagement decisions based on the severity of production/shipping issues (e.g., safety, quality, or shipment impact).
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Lead communication and resolution efforts during production or shipping challenges.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data and drive improvements.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will be key in ensuring seamless production operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and collaborating across departments to meet organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
- 2-3 years of experience in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of raw material production, shipping, and inventory control.
