Your tasks Optimize the man-machine relationship in production processes to meet customer requirements. Coordinate, evaluate and implement the introduction of new products according to the standards defined by Continental, customer requirements and guidelines described in the TS16949 standard, determination of process flow, configuration of the production line, production floor layout and AMEF's of process. Perform monthly and yearly capacity calculation to meet customer requirements, internal calculation as well as on the customer portal. Develop process flows, configuration of the production line and layout of the production floor. Creation of routing in SAP as well as managing improvement in them. Participate in engineering changes. Coordinate sample runs, together with the project team. Run & Rate of production lines. Plan and release of Backup equipment. Monthly Headcount vs. SAP review. Management of customer portals for capacity reporting. (INKA, CMS, CAR, Covisin) Basic knowledge for support" Definition of micrologistics. Ensure creation of work instructions in conjunction with Q in addition to technical specifications.
