**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience with Data/SQL and web technologies.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with scalable networking technologies and web standards.
- Experience in system administration tasks in Linux, Unix, or similar, and with standard IT security practices (e.g., encryption, certificates, key management).
- Experience with deployment and orchestration technologies (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, OpenStack, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of open source server software (e.g., NGINX, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch).

**Responsibilities**:

- Solve Cloud Infrastructure and Developer Operations challenges for customers.
- Create and deliver recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders.
- Travel in-region for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities as needed.
