Edad: 25 a 45 años
Escolaridad: Logística, Comercio Internacional o Afin
Inglés: Intermedio preferentemente
Horario: Disponibilidad de Rolar turnos de 7:00 am a 3:00 pm y de 2:00 pm a 9:00 pm y guardias dos fines de semana por mes.
Actividades:
- Interactuar con cliente, contactos de origen y destino para asegurar una carga y descarga puntuales.
- Supervisión del cumplimiento de los tiempos de los servicios en ejecución (posicionamientos oportunos, trayectos en tiempo, cumplimiento de ETA).
- Seguimiento oportuno de los servicios en ejecución:
- Arribo a origen.
- Unidad cargada.
- Autorización de salida de origen.
- Compartir con el cliente notificación y evidencias de carga y ETA a destino.
- Seguimiento con el cliente respecto a documentos de cruce, para seguimiento de documentos en los servicios de importación / exportación.
Seguimiento al arribo de la unidad a destino final y compartir estatus con el cliente
