**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Primary Function**

l Senior management position, responsible for the deployment and promotion of the department's work and to meet the goal of plant’s operation and administration.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

l Leading the overall work of cutting plants, promotion and implementation and supervising the overall administration of the plant.

l The operation and administration of the factory advocate and promote the culture of the company.

l Responsible for the overall work of the cutting plant, deployment and supervision of coordination, planning, organization, communication, and implementation

l Responsible for meeting, reviewing, and improving the goal of **KPI (**Key Performance Indicators**)**.

l Control the operation and management cost of department.

l Strictly control the product quality to ensure the efficiency of the production line and the quality of the finished products.

l Supply chain coordination/new material/innovative technology/new process development.

l Establish the training plan of subordinate, improve the personal ability of management, to meet the goal of company’s transformation and upgrading.

l Promote cost reduction and efficiency, energy saving and emission reduction.

l Promote reduce the cost and enhance efficiency, conservation of energy and emission reduction.

l Promote the overall work for upgrading to FOXCONN F2.0 Digital Transformation activity and visualization factory

l Complete the work assigned by supervisor.

**Required Education**

l Obtain bachelor's degree in manufacture engineering or related field

**Required Experience**

l At least 10 years' production management experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Industry or other consumer electronics products.

l More than 3 years of experience in leading (150+ people) teams

l Familiar with Mexican employment regulations and relevant industrial safety regulations

**Preferred Skills/Licenses/Certifications**

l Proficient the company's operation management system.

l Obtain the basic knowledge of 4 management systems and IE.

l Familiar with the characteristics of metal steel.

l Proficient cutting skills. Especially slitting machines and flattening machines.

l Obtain good ability of planning team management and communication. Work aggressively ?actively and clearly.

l Ability to build trust and confidence with management and supervision

l Master and proficiently use IE's 7major techniques? 8 major waste and other professional knowledge.

l Have English listening/writing/speaking ability, TOEFL 88 iBT and IELTS 6.5 or higher.

l Complete the tasks assigned by supervisor accurately and efficiently.

l Ability to train subordinates and supervise safety production and performance appraisal.

l Ability to use computer skills, like Microsoft office software.

l Experience in budget management and financial mind.

l Ensure the health and safety of the working environment.

l Knowledge of lean production, quality improvement, team management, etc. Six Sigma Green Belt (Certification for improving processes)
