**How to Apply**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:
Sales Channel Analysis
- Perform sales and margin analysis across sales channel and across manufacturing partners.
- Identify and analyze market trends to create better forecasts.

P&L Forecasting
- Interface directly with business partners to gain insight on sales, margin and OPEX trends for forecasting.
- Perform variance analysis to report business performance within the finance team and to external stakeholders.

Ad Hoc Projects:

- Lead and contribute to various ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed, including process improvements, system implementations, and strategic analyses.
- Support senior leadership with financial modeling, scenario planning, and other decision-support activities.

Sales Compensation
- Plan, track and submit sales compensation results for stakeholders throughout the business.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Extensive experience in managing and optimizing Operating Expenses (OPEX) to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Global experience
- Experience working within functional teams.
- Advanced English skills.

**The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More**:_(preferred)_
- Advanced degree and financial certifications (MBA, MSF, CFA, CPA, etc.) a plus
- Revenue experience.
- P&L Experience.
