AC Marca is a solid international chemical group with presence in more than 20 countries. We are manufacturers of chemical goods in three main activity sectors: Home Care, Personal Care and Adhesives and Home Improvement Chemicals R&D Associate Duties and Responsibilities - Serve as the R&D leader and technical expert for the US subsidiary. - Lead the R&D in the nail glue business in the US, specially focusing in the growing / strategic Dip System. - Create detailed R&D plans, processes, and procedures for R&D staff to use and abide by - Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for R&D projects - Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by R&D staff - Monitor and determine various staffing and training needs - Hire, train, and supervise R&D team - Monitor market needs in collaboration with the Marketig Team - Spearhead research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes - Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors - Prepare and deliver various R&D-related presentations, both internally and externally - Develop a deep knowledge of the different players in the market where the company operates.

Experiência y requisitos

R&D Associate Requirements and Qualifications - Proficiency in English. - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry - 4+ years of R&D experience - Analytical mind, capable of evaluating and solving complex problems - Proactive, creative and well organized with the aim of increase the company knowledge - Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep track of projects, processes. - Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment - Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work individually or as part of a team - Experience on working with all basic laboratory equipment which must be used to perform the essential functions of the job.
