**Job objective**:
Complete the construction of the quality system, organize the planning, implementation and improvement of product quality, continuously improve the level of quality management and ensure the achievement of quality objectives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education: University studies (Graduate).
- Experience: Verifiable experience in Quality Control (+3 years)
- Skills: Advanced knowledge in product quality, automotive sector, ppaps, internal and external audits.
- Proficient in quality management system TS16949
- Proficient in ISO 9001 Certification.
- Advanced English. **(required)**:

- Valid VISA and Passport. **(required)**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Organize the formulation of departmental rules, regulations and work processes, and organize their implementation after approval.
- Supervise, inspect and guide the implementation of various systems and processes, and organize and improve them in a timely manner based on operational conditions.
- Organize the formulation of the department's annual work plan and annual cost budget, and oversee their implementation.
- Oversee and guide the achievement of quality objectives for each position within the department, and make continuous improvements.
- Participate in the formulation of early quality plans for the production of new product testing and organize their implementation.
- Supervise and guide the quality inspection of raw materials, process products and finished products.
- Organize relevant departments to analyze quality accidents and formulate corrective and preventive measures, and complete follow-up and verification work.
- Organize the establishment of product quality management records and propose product quality improvement plans.
- Organize the management of various quality incidents and the submission of management documents.
- Organize and guide the implementation of annual type test plans and test reports.
- Organize the implementation of various internal and external experiments, control experimental expenses and control experimental costs.
- Supervise the daily management of laboratory equipment, laboratory hygiene and safety management.
- Responsible for daily employee management work, such as evaluation and training of employees in the department.
