**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for payment support activities across multiple payment systems working cross functionally in collaboration with various other Treasury and GE Business teams. Provide payment expertise and reporting in global manual and automated payment and solutions for businesses. Responsible for identifying improvement and automation opportunities, where possible, and working with Project teams to implement solutions. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for payment support activities across multiple payment systems working cross functionally in collaboration with various other Treasury and GE Business teams.
- Provide payment expertise and reporting in global manual and automated payment and solutions for businesses.
- Responsible for identifying improvement and automation opportunities, where possible, and working with Project teams to implement solutions. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

**Required Qualifications**
- This role requires basic experience in the Treasury & Trade Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Thorough understanding of general accounting
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, vendors, and associates.
- Strong quantitative, problem solving and analytical skills
- Accounting or Finance degree preferred
