**Oracle Delivery Manager**

- Lead clients in workshops to formulate technical requirements and align to overall solution delivery
- Align client’s existing business process and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs
- Interpret client’s business process diagrams and advise on impacts related to upstream and downstream systems including Single Sign-on with AD (Active Directory) synchronization
- Manage module track of project which includes:

- Manage scope and client expectations for your module
- Identify project risks and communicate with appropriately with project team to avoid and mitigate potential issues
- Lead and support clients with the execution of test scripts
- Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative design
- Be leaders with a vision in the Oracle Cloud space with innovative solutions around the product
- Mentor other technical consultants and help grow our internal technical object library

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to understand fundamental Oracle Cloud HCM system design and purpose
- Understanding of project implementation methodologies and knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams
- Ability to engage effectively at appropriate levels, see the “big picture” as well as the details
- Demonstrated ability to plan work and manage priorities with commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
- Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends and Oracle Cloud releases
- Strong willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise with Associate level consultants
- Willing to travel as necessary
- Proven record of accomplishment of building long-lasting relationships with your clients

**Education and Experience**:

- Previous hands-on experience required:

- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Loader)
- Fast Formulas (modules: Payroll, Benefits, Recruit, Compensation, Time & Labor, Global HR)
- HCM Extract
- BI Publisher (RTF, XSL templates), OTBI analysis and dashboards
- (OIC) Oracle Integration Cloud Service
- Oracle HCM REST and SOAP API
- Auto Complete Rules
- Oracle SQL, XSL
- IDCS and Single Sign-on
- Analytics Cloud (FAW)
- General PaaS/DaaS/JaaS/IDCS
- Experience with Java, XML, SOA Architecture preferred

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three (3) full life cycle hands on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with proven knowledge of best practice solutions, product integration impacts and support/troubleshooting required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating preferred
- Validated ability to support sales as Subject Matter Expert
- Understanding of business-related drivers and parameters
- Oracle certified preferred
