**Objective of the position**
- Supervise an extensive /complex unit in the functional unit of Quality.
- Develop / support improvement in processes.
- Assure the Quality of the products and work processes for several series, with several external customers/suppliers.
**Principal activities**
- Participate in regular meetings with customers I suppliers in multiple customer sites/ countries
- Create and manage Quality complaints to suppliers that generate non-conforming parts.
- Coordinate containment/ sorting activities for non-conforming parts (raw material).
- Conduct personnel assignment planning and disposition, taking into account company goals.
- Assure quality testing on parts based on test plans, technical drawings, and work instructions (e.g. with regard to function, completeness, etc.), compare target/actual deviations as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Professional career: Bachelor's Degree
- Education: Quality/ Manufacturing
- Language: English, 3 Advanced Level
- Relevant experience: Quality/ Manufacturing, Personal Management, Preferred Manufacturing Industry (Specially Automotive).
- Technical knowledge: IATF 16949:2016 Standard, ISO 14001-2015 / ISO 45001:2018, Product integrity, SAP FI/CO, Error Proofing / Safety Q-alarm Concept, Lean Manufact, Risk Analyze
