Location: Blvd 2000 - Parque Sur Industrial Tijuana, BC Industry: Precision instruments manufacturing Department: Engineering Position: Jr Project Engineer Reports to: P&O Manager Scope: Manages and implements new products and transfer manufacturing lines through process development, personnel development, line installation, validation and production launch and ramp up. Main activities: A. Manages activities related to new product introduction and manufacturing line transfers. B. Develops work instructions and related documentation. C. Develops assembly methods and production controls. D. Analyze and interpretation of drawings E. Trains production and quality personnel on process documents. F. Creates protocols and performs assembly validations. G. Develops production line layouts and assembly line fixturing drawings. H. Support on certification audits. I. Develops line balancing and loads routings into the system. J. Creates part numbers and develops bills of materials. K. Attends information meetings and trainings. L. Any other requirement requested by the department leader
