**Descripción de Puesto : Gerente de Compras**

**Propósito del Puesto**:
Gestionar de manera estratégica y operativa el área de compras, garantizando el abastecimiento oportuno, eficiente y rentable de productos, insumos y servicios. El objetivo principal es asegurar las mejores condiciones de costo, calidad y entrega, alineadas con los lineamientos globales de la marca Life Fitness y las necesidades del negocio en México.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de compras locales y regionales alineadas con los objetivos corporativos.
- Negociar contratos con proveedores nacionales e internacionales, asegurando las mejores condiciones comerciales.
- Analizar tendencias del mercado, identificar oportunidades de ahorro y optimización en la cadena de suministro.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de políticas de compras, procedimientos internos y estándares de calidad.
- Coordinar el proceso de evaluación, selección y desarrollo de proveedores estratégicos.
- Trabajar en conjunto con las áreas de logística, finanzas, ventas y servicio técnico para garantizar la eficiencia operativa.
- Manejar reportes de KPIs del área, generando informes ejecutivos para la alta dirección.
- Liderar un equipo de compradores, promoviendo el desarrollo del talento y la mejora continua.

**Perfil del Candidato Ideal**:

- **
Formación académica**: Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio Internacional o afín. Deseable Maestría o certificaciones en Supply Chain (CPIM, CPSM, etc.).
- **
Experiência mínima**: 5-8 años en posiciones similares dentro de empresas multinacionales o del sector retail/fitness/electrónica de consumo.
- **
Conocimientos técnicos**:

- **
SER BILINGUE Español Ingles**
- Dominio de procesos de compras, negociación y logística.
- Manejo de ERP (SAP, Oracle, u otro equivalente).
- Excel avanzado y análisis de datos.
- **
Idiomas**: Inglés avanzado (indispensable para comunicación con corporativo y proveedores internacionales).
- **
Habilidades clave**: Liderazgo, negociación estratégica, análisis financiero, orientación a resultados, pensamiento crítico.
