**What will you do**:

- Carry out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis. Responds to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Carry out activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization’s best interest.
- Prepare purchase orders, approves payments, and negotiate prices to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly, under general guidance.
- Compile price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.
- Prepare requests for proposals (RFP) and bid packages to take on new accounts. Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Contacts suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries.
- Established and productive professional contributor.
- Have theoretical to advanced knowledge of the work area.
- Problems faced are difficult and may be complex.
- Work autonomously with limited supervision.
- Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

**Qualifications you must have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related.
- 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles and position related experience.
- 90% English level
- Proficiency and fluency English Skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- ERP experience.

**Preferred**:

- Visa and travel availability.
- Preferable advanced knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
