Junior Marketing Associate will plan a bouquet of marketing activities for Wadhwani Skilling Network (WSN) Program in Mexico. He is responsible for Comprehensive marketing and communications plan cum budget for the vertical.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategizing and coordinating for marketing inputs
- Website management
- Social Media design & management
- Other online marketing activities
- Communication Briefs
- Collats and Promotional Material
- Event planning and execution
- PR
- Manage partnerships for marketing leverage, support and co-branded campaigns.
- Research new and leverage existing contacts to create a pipeline for lead generation.
- Manage events and speaking opportunities.

**Requirements**:
**Skills & Experience**:

- Have experience in and be conversant with:

- Website management
- Social Media Strategy
- Developing Communication Briefs
- Developing Collats and Promotional Material
- Event planning and execution
- PR activities
- Have expertise in content curation and creation
- Have budgeting skills
- Be able to track and measure branding & communication efforts
- OKR & KPI-driven

**Desirable Skills**:

- Ideally have min 3/5 yrs. of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Have outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Above par negotiation skills
- Extrovert with good inter-personal skills
