**PLM METHOD DEVELOPER - HYBRID**

**YOUR TASKS**
- Consolidate expert knowledge in the field of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and tools.
- Manage international projects of low to medium complexity, ensuring alignment with PLM objectives.
- Design, develop, and optimize processes and methods to ensure the efficient use of PLM systems across business divisions.
- Provide expert consultancy to users and actively support issue resolution.
- Plan and deliver user trainings to promote effective and consistent utilization of PLM systems and processes.
- Collaborate closely with system owners and process stakeholders by contributing to new requirements, change requests, and improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about state-of-the-art technologies and market trends related to PLM.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- In-depth knowledge of product development processes and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Proven experience as a project manager for method
- and process-related projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Open-minded and collaborative, especially in international environments
- Willingness to travel within the HELLA Group
