Tasks - Develop career and succession plan for IPE department - Training of IPE personnel - Review and evaluate work performance of IPE staff - Report to diciplinary supervisor and functional lead responsible toprovide support to industrialize new business coming to plant Experience in aluminum and steel tubes, rubber hoses and tooling, processes and production > 5 years End forming, bending, brazing / welding & assembly - Optimize and standardize production processes regarding quality, efficiency and capability. - Implementation of newly developed processes (process approvals) - Create and update process work instructions. - Carry out time studies to maintain routing and calculations. - Carry out capacity studies. - Triggering and monitoring of CBS iniatives to ensure continious improvement (technical & non technical) - Implementation & Maintenance of Managed Lessons Learned Process - Setup & Steering of Managed Lessons Learned Elevation and Implementation - Training, Support & Coaching for the LL process - Monitor local Lessons to assure high quality - Define local specific targets to track/ control the Managed Lessons Learned performance - Report plant Managed Lessons Learned status to the Head of Quality of the plant and functional report to the Lessons Learned Manager of the Segment - Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing - Temporary support in other plant as process expert - Experience exchange with the other AIS plants **Qualifications**: - Bachelor degree: Mechanical Eng, Elecroemchanical Eng or related - 5 to 10 years experience in metal tubes (aluminum, stainless steel, steel) rubber hoses and plastic processes and production. - 10 years experience leading people - Advanced English - Experience in Manufacturing Industry - Knowledge in Project management: - Non costumer Projects: > 5 years - APQP: basic knowledge - IATF 16949 Knowledge What we offer Compensation package according HAY grade **Benefits**: Gehaltsbonus Elternzeit Mitarbeiter werben Mitarbeiter Gute Verkehrsanbindung Flexible Arbeitszeiten Karriereberatung und Trainingsangebot Kostenfreie Parkplätze Berufsunfähigkeitsversicherung About us Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
