Quality Assistant Manager
**Responsabilidades principales**:
- Apoyar en la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora del sistema de gestión de calidad conforme a **IATF 16949**.
- Supervisar procesos de inspección y asegurar el cumplimiento con los estándares de calidad de clientes OEM.
- Coordinar y administrar las actividades del laboratorio de calidad:
- Planificación y ejecución de pruebas dimensionales.
- Conocimiento de **CMM**y **escáneres 3D**.
- Evaluación de **macrografías en microscopio** como parte de pruebas destructivas de soldadura.
- Participar activamente en auditorías internas y externas.
- Analizar datos de calidad y liderar acciones correctivas y proyectos de mejora continua.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producción, ingeniería, mantenimiento y desarrollo.
- Admisnistracion del personal operativo tales como Lideres de Equipo y Supervisores.
**Requisitos**:
- Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o afín.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares dentro del sector automotriz.
- Conocimiento técnico en:
- Normas y herramientas de calidad**:IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA GD&T**.
- Equipos y técnicas de laboratorio**:CMM, escáneres 3D, microscopía metalográfica**.
- Inglés fluido
- Capacidad analítica, liderazgo técnico y orientación a resultados.
