THE ROLE:
Design, Validate, Release, Implement and Maintain suspension components for global vehicle platforms that meet/exceed customer expectations and comply with company regulations and targets.
YOUR IMPACT:
The D&R Engineer collaborates with a cross functional team through the Global Product Development System to deliver Suspension components for future vehicle programs. The D&R engineer is also responsible to resolve a wide variety of issues on current production vehicles.

The D&R Engineer leads the work with Purchasing, Assembly Plants, Vehicle Engineering, Program Management, Supplier base, Supplier Technical Assistance, Ford Customer Service Division and Finance to develop Suspension systems in time that meet cost, functional and quality targets.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Engineering Degree
English proficiency
Experience in Auto industry
Teamwork, process oriented, attention to details, planning capacity, proactivity, conflict management, drive for results, stress management, adaptability to change, learning agility, innovative thinking.
