**About the role**

As a **Supply Chain Manager**Machined Castings**, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and supplier performance. This position is critical to ensuring that our supplier portfolio aligns with long-term business and technology strategies, while delivering best-in-class quality, delivery, and cost.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Global Category team, Product Management, and Engineering to develop long-term strategy and technology roadmaps.
- Align supplier capabilities with business objectives to ensure a robust and future-ready supply base.
- Maintain a competitive sourcing environment by:

- Driving dual qualification of suppliers.
- Routinely quoting incumbent spend.
- Partnering with sites to ensure suppliers are consistently challenged on cost and performance.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in sourcing or category management, specifically in machined castings and steel
- ** Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).**
- Proven negotiation skills and a proactive approach to supplier engagement.
- Strong supplier management experience with a focus on KPIs such as productivity and cost savings.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or guiding teams.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
