Buscamos un(a) Master Data Analyst que se una a nuestro equipo para asegurar la precisión, consistencia e integridad de los datos maestros relacionados con procesos de manufactura, materiales y liberación de productos. Esta posición juega un papel clave en garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y en contribuir directamente a la eficiencia operativa de la planta.

**Tu rol**:

- Garantizar la precisión y calidad de los datos maestros en SAP.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento total con regulaciones de calidad nacionales e internacionales.
- Contribuir a la eficiencia operativa de la planta mediante datos confiables y procesos bien estructurados.
- Actuar como enlace entre stakeholders locales y equipos multifuncionales.
- Detectar e implementar acciones correctivas ante discrepancias en datos maestros.
- Apoyar el desarrollo y la optimización de herramientas de gestión de datos en SAP.
- Asegurar la estandarización y alineación global de los datos.
- Generar y reportar métricas diarias de producción para dar visibilidad al desempeño de la planta.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y proponer mejoras de procesos.
- Contribuir a iniciativas de digitalización en el área.
- Participar activamente en programas de salud, seguridad ocupacional (EHS) y cumplimiento de políticas corporativas.

**Quién eres**:

- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en un rol similar (idealmente en la industria farmacéutica o de manufactura).
- Experiência en gestión de datos maestros en SAP.
- Conocimiento de regulaciones de calidad y buenas prácticas de manufactura (GMP).
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y bajo estándares globales.
- Habilidades analíticas, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados.
- Inglés: intermedio
