**About the Role**: Analyst, Strategy and Business Development.
Analyst, Strategy and Business Development play a pivotal role in the strategic advisory function, focusing on identifying key areas to growth S&P Global Commodity Insights business in Latin America.
**The Team**:
The incumbent will collaborate extensively with SPGCI commercial teams, relevant business lines, and various support functions to drive growth in the Latin America region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify key stakeholders, and develop strategies to drive growth and enhance market presence in the region.
**Responsibilities and Impact**:
Use S&P Global Commodity Insights (SPGCI) market research and analysis to identify opportunities for strategic growth of SPGCI in the Latin American region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies that align with regional objectives.
Identify the right individuals within cross-functional teams across various commodities or S&P Global Commodity Insights (SPGCI) capabilities to form effective working groups.
Incentivize collaboration and create the appropriate channels to facilitate effective teamwork and communication.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Support the development and execution of business initiatives to enhance market presence.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to communicate findings and recommendations.
Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners in the region.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Basic Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related fields.
**Experience**: 5-7 years’ experience in strategic planning, business development, or energy market analysis. Experience working in the Latin American market or with regional stakeholders.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
**Management Skills**: Ability to design successful project strategies and monitor performance effectively.
**Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience working with AI
Familiarity with S&P Global Commodity Insights platforms, tools and capabilities
Communication in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
