**Process Engineer**
- Evaluar la fabricación de productos y recomendar mejoras del primer artículo.
- Investigar, evaluar, planificar e implementar procesos de fabricación en cuanto a materia prima para los productos nuevos y los existentes.
- Introducción de nuevos productos**.**
- Diseño y o cotización de nuevos productos.
- Fabricación de Manuales de Nuevos Productos.
- Elaboración y/o verificación de BOM'S
- Documentación de cambios de ingeniería.
- Prepara y traduce dibujos o planos de producto a partir de indicaciones de ingeniería.
- Revisa todos los dibujos para asegurar su incorporación en la elaboración de manuales y procedimientos.
- Distribuye los dibujos o planos para la apropiada revisión e incorporación de cambios y revisiones.
- Obtiene las firmas adecuadas en los dibujos para su liberación y se asegura de que sean guardados correctamente.
- Apoya durante las corridas piloto.
- Por medio de lluvia de ideas diseña conceptos y los ejecuta en todas las fases de un ciclo de desarrollo.
- Genera diseños innovadores con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Participa en el desarrollo de nuevos procesos de manufactura.
- Conduce las revisiones de diseño y dirige el proceso de liberación de archivos.
- Diseña la validación y caracterización desde los prototipos hasta la prueba de productos.
- Conduce el análisis de fallas y diseños de experimentos para encontrar las soluciones de diseño y acciones correctivas.

**Perfil**:

- Carrera en ingenieria
- Inglés avanzado
- Experiência en:
Entre 1 y 3 años de Mecánica Preventiva y Correctiva

Diseños de ingeniería
Estándares de producción
Experiência en arneses y PCB's

Elaboración de BOM's, ECN's, NPI, etc.

Interpretación de dibujos (planos)

Elaboración de instrucciones de trabajo, ayudas visuales, listas de corte, etc.

Diseño y balance de líneas de producción.
