Ingredion is looking for a proactive and creative **Purchasing Intern** to support our Procurement team at the Guadalajara IGS. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal communications and change management within a dynamic and collaborative environmentaccuracy in our payment processes. Collaborate across departments, resolve vendor issues, and contribute to automation and compliance initiatives.

As a **Purchasing Intern**, you will support the Purchasing Department by developing and executing internal communication strategies, assisting in change initiatives, and helping foster engagement across stakeholders in the Americas.

This role reports to the **Manager Procurement Americas**.

**What will you do**:

- Develop and execute internal communication strategies for the Procurement team.
- Assist in managing change initiatives across the Americas region.
- Help foster engagement and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for site procurement teams.

**What you will bring**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, or Canva is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Interest in procurement and change management.
