**On-site Back Office Virtual Agent in Guadalajara Base Salary 11K - 14K + Bonuses**

**Position Overview**

HRPV is seeking a **fully bilingual**/fluent English employees to join our team. We are currently looking for customer support agents that are great with administrative responsibilities. **Qualifications**:

- Fully Bilingual - Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English B2 - C1
- **In Office position** - Live in Guadalajara or near the city.
- 6 months or more similar positions (airport, call center, telemarketing, etc.)
- High School Diploma.
- Unfinished degrees are welcome too
- Basic Computer Skills - Proficiency in MS Office.

**Activities**:

- Administrative tasks
- Legal Documentation Assistance. (No litigation)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Provide updates to customers

**What we offer**:

- Base salary 11K - 14K free from taxes (Depending on your English and skill levels)

- Referral Bonus 5,000.00 pesos
- Monday to Friday
- Full Paid Training
