As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you will oversee manufacturing processes based on specific technology (Balancing, Assembly, Machining) by developing and executing continuous improvement strategies based on AOP and growth projections for the site. - Create and update PFMEA per IATF & BIQ Requirements. - Perform reverse PFMEA. - Statistical Process Control / Control Charts per AIAG & VDA. - Technical support on NPI projects. - Design for manufacturing / Manufacturing assessment for new products. - Create specification books for tooling and equipment. - Rapid problem solving and root cause analysis. - Process improvement projects and Poka-yoke implementation. - Tooling-Equipment quotation and design review. - OEE analysis. - Action rails follow up with Tooling-Equipment Supplier. - Process Standardization review with Advance Manufacturing Engineers. - Plan and execute new equipment installation and validation. - Create and update process instructions and troubleshooting. - Machinery risk assessment. - Process technical support (Equipment and parameters adjustment). - SBRs execution. - Provide process trainings to maintenance and operations.

Experiência y requisitos

Bachelors degree on Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering Bilingual (spanish-english) Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or relevant related experience Experience leading automation or industry 4.0 projects Experience with plant wide projects
