**Position Title**:
IT Business Analyst

**Category/Shift**:
Salaried Full-Time

**Physical Location**:
Queretaro

**The Job You Will Perform**:

- **Document the workflow required to meet deliverables and maintain integration requirements documentation.**:

- **Facilitate meetings with end users to understand business requirements and enhancement requests.**:

- **Collect, manage, and synthesize requirements from key stakeholders.**:

- **Provide work estimates to managers and project managers as requested based on requirements gathered.**:

- **Translate business requirements and use cases to develop and deliver functional/technical specifications, requirements documents, and detailed use cases for new/changed features or functionality.**:

- **Create/review test plans with the team and define the QA tasks for project plans, provide task time estimates, and prepare a QA Test Strategy document.**:

- **Develop the final test execution report using existing templates and communicate to the project team.**:

- **Provide post-implementation support.**:

- **Troubleshoot, diagnose, and accurately document problems and their probable causes. Identify root causes, test, and implement solutions.**:

- **Ensure adherence to defined standards.**

**The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring**:

- **Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science).**:

- **4+ years of experience in similar roles.**:

- **Strong understanding or aptitude to understand HR Systems and integrations.**:

- **Experience and understanding of complex logic used in integrations.**:

- **Experience with Mexico’s Employee Management, Payroll, and Benefits.**:

- **Proficient in data analysis.**:

- **Understanding of capturing employee data and knowledge of the employee lifecycle from recruiting to termination as it relates to integration with other systems.**:

- **Advanced level of English.**
